Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cherry Detailing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Cherry Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services. We bring professional detailing services to your location, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and protective treatments.

Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our contact form.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
  • We recommend removing personal items and valuables from your vehicle before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.
  • Additional services requested on-site will be quoted and must be approved before being performed.

Vehicle Condition

While we take great care with every vehicle, please note:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions.
  • Vehicles with heavy contamination, stains, or damage may require additional services at extra cost.
  • Some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable, and results cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please inform us of any known issues or concerns before the appointment.

SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from Cherry Detailing. These messages are transactional in nature and may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service status updates
  • Rescheduling and cancellation notifications
  • Invoice and payment notifications

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and interactions with our service. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to book or receive our detailing services. You may opt in or opt out at any time without affecting your ability to use our services.

Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Right to Revoke: You have the right to revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time using any reasonable means, including replying STOP, contacting us by phone or email, or updating your communication preferences in your account portal.

Liability Limitations

Cherry Detailing is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
  • Pre-existing conditions or damage to the vehicle
  • Weather-related issues affecting service quality
  • Third-party products or services
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Service Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve your concerns. This may include re-performing specific services at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cherry Detailing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
